Automated system for creating, storing, processing, and using information regarding the place of registration, residence, and movement of individuals residing within the territory of the respective territorial community.
Work process
Specialists from the company "Soft Generation" took an active part in modeling and implementing this system in the specified cities.
Processes for the registration, relocation, and deregistration of individuals were configured, an algorithm for the transfer of documents to state authorities was developed, the ability to generate and print all necessary certificates and reports directly from the system was created, and a range of additional configurations were implemented to account for the specific features of each city and create a system, that most comprehensively meets the needs of the community.

- a unified database has been created for storing, processing, and using information regarding the registration of individuals residing/staying within the community territory;
- assignment of benefits for children raised in large families;
- personal records of community residents have been maintained, displaying the history of changes in residence or stay and information regarding family ties, incapacity status, being under law enforcement surveillance, etc.;
- the procedure for citizens' reception by CPAS employees and the processes of registering or deregistering individuals have been automated and expedited;
- the process of generating and printing reports, certificates, cards, notifications, etc., according to established forms has been configured;
- the process of searching for data on individuals in the registry and tracking their movement history based on various criteria has been simplified;
- the process of transmitting information to the Unified State Demographic Register (USDR), the State Migration Service (SMS), and other executive authorities and local government bodies in accordance with the current legislation has been automated;
- the preparation of necessary statistical data (by age groups, country, region, place of birth, etc.) has been automated.
