The project is designed to serve as a unified billing center, consolidating the calculation, receipt, and processing of payments for housing and communal services from residents of the city of Vinnytsia across all service providers (a total of 589, including 18 management companies, 556 homeowners' associations, heating organizations, as well as water supply, gas supply, electricity supply, heating organizations, and others).
